For this project, Roger Martín and Ibai Díaz, from the Solé Diesel engineering team, went to the coast of Arenys de Mar to support the ARESA Shipyard team in the installation and commissioning of the Solé generator set.
The vessel in which the installation was carried out is a glider patrol vessel intended for coastal surveillance.
The equipment chosen was a 7 GSC marine generator, a 6.60 kVA single-phase model, mounted on a Mitsubishi 4-stroke engine. It also includes installation of the free mass kit, given the characteristics and needs of the boat.
Being compact, the 7 GSC generator set is perfect for pleasure boats and can satisfy their constant demand for electric power.
